Over the course of his long career, Ramesh Aravind has entertained us not only at the theatres but also on the small screen. Now, after adding 100 movies to his filmography, the talented actor is coming up with something different with his 101st film that is all set to hit the theatres soon. Directed by Akash Srivatsa of Badmaash fame, Shivaji Suratkal has already aroused curiosity amongst the audience with its varied posters. The makers have now released the teaser of the flick and here are our first impressions of the 83-second clip.

Case Number 101

Basically a whodunit thriller, Shivaji Suratkal follows the exciting and suspenseful events surrounding the unsolving of a murder mystery. Ramesh Aravind is at the centre of it with him playing a ‘Sherlock Holmes’ kind of a character; probably the first time in his career and also, may be the first time in our industry too!

Ranagiri Rahasya

Aarohi-Narayan

We can decipher that there is a murder which forms the central plot in the movie. There are a number of people who could have a hand in it and it is here that the director evokes interest in the viewer. No clear antagonist has been established which further increases the curiosity regarding the movie.

Well, only the release of the movie can give answer to the ‘Ranagiri Rahasya’.

An Emotional Journey

Apart from investigating to find out the accused, there seems to be strong connect with the murder and the lead character. Radhika Chethan’s character and a phone call which seems to trouble Ramesh Aravind has led us to believe that there is more to this story than just a murder.

Ramesh Aravind’s varied looks

Last but not the least, Ramesh Aravind appears in different looks throughout the teaser. Our favorite is the beard look; something which he has tried out for the first time in his career.

Also, Ramesh Aravind’s voice adds a layer to the proceedings and makes it more intriguing.

Overall, the teaser of Shivaji Suratkal has taken the audience by storm and is sure to set the box-office rolling.
